General
Legal Ownership of Precious Metals
All persons selling gold, silver and other precious metals items to PostGold.Cash must be the legal owner of said items. Documentation of ownership may be requested by PostGold.Cash if desired.
Sales Form Completion
The sales form must be completed in full, with full details of items being included in shipping envelope, and all other relevant information.
Postage & Insurance Coverage
All precious metals items are sent via Royal Mail at the customers own risk until they have been received and signed for by our PostGold.Cash staff. If a package is delivered to our offices that is damaged, has been opened or tampered with, we will not accept this package but will instead return to sender with no liability to PostGold.Cash.
If your package does not arrive at the PostGold.Cash offices you will need to contact the Post Office, providing them with your proof of postage so that they can investigate the matter further – PostGold.Cash does not take any responsibility for issues with the Royal Mail postal service, or the Post Office.
Our Offer & Payment
Once you have accepted our offer it cannot be rescinded. We will then obtain bank details from you and make a bank deposit within 24 hours (Monday to Friday only – 9am-4pm).
