That’s not a problem. Our experts will test and verify the purity of your precious metals prior to calling you with a quote.
How do I get my scrap gold / silver to you?
Upon request we will send you a prepaid, fully insured, padded shipping envelope in which to place your scrap gold and silver. You’ll then simply drop off the pre-addressed package at the Post Office.
How much insurance coverage to you offer?
All our shipping bags are provided with a maximum of £750 insurance coverage. Additional insurance coverage can be purchased at the Post Office, if desired.
How long do I have to wait to receive my offer?
Once we have received your scrap gold/silver we will verify it’s purity, weigh it and then come back to you with a competitive offer within 24 hours.
What if I don’t want to accept your offer?
If you don’t accept our offer we will return your items to you free of charge.
How long do I have to accept your offer?
Since gold market prices are changing all the time, you will need to agree to the offer on the day it is provided to you.
What if I change my mind after I’ve accepted your offer?
Since scrap gold and silver is melted down, once you’ve accepted our offer, your items will be sent to another location, and will no longer be redeemable.
When will I receive my payment?
As soon as you agree to the offer then we will schedule a bank transfer to the account of your choice, within 24 hours.
Can I send Gemstones?
Though we accept jewellery set with gemstones, it is the gold and silver that is of value to us, not the gemstones, so we do not pay for these and they will not be returned to you once removed by our scrap gold experts.
I don’t have accurate weighing scales
Don’t worry, we have highly accurate digital scales just for this purpose. Upon receipt we’ll weigh your items, obtain a precise weight and then contact you to advise you of the weight and provide you with an offer.
